Terms of use
The rules for using BriefTogether, in plain words.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms apply between Roas Digitall Danışmanlık E-ticaret İth. İhr. ve Ltd. Şti., Kazım Dirik Mah. 296/2 Sk. No:33, Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye (“we”) and everyone who uses BriefTogether (“you”), whether as a brand, an agency or a UGC creator.
2. What we do and do not do
We provide a workspace where brands write briefs, creators apply, and both sides talk, deliver and review. We are not a party to the agreement between a brand and a creator, we do not employ creators and we do not guarantee that a collaboration happens or what it delivers. BriefTogether does not process payments: agreed fees are settled directly between brand and creator.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18, give correct information and keep your sign-in secure. You choose an account type (brand, creator or agency) when you sign up. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Campaigns, applications and agreed terms
A brand sets budget, currency, deadline, usage period, paid-ads use, exclusivity and the number of revision rounds when it publishes a campaign; these cannot be changed afterwards. A creator accepts them by applying. When the brand accepts an application, brand and creator have agreed on these terms and on the fee proposed in the application. The “usage rights confirmation” page summarises what was recorded on BriefTogether; it is not a legal contract and does not replace written agreements between the parties.
5. Content and rights
Creators keep the ownership of what they make. The brand receives the right to use the delivered content only as recorded in the campaign terms: for the agreed period and purposes, including paid ads only if included. Creators promise that they have the rights to everything in their delivery (people, music, brands, footage). Brands promise that their briefs and materials do not infringe the rights of others.
6. Advertising rules
Paid collaborations must be labelled as advertising as the law of the target market requires (for example “Werbung” or “Anzeige” in Germany, “Reklam” in Türkiye), and claims must be true. The checklists in the workspace are a practical guide, not legal advice. Each user is responsible for complying with the rules that apply to their content.
7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or rights-infringing content.
- No spam: invite only people you actually work with or want to work with, and respect the invitation limits.
- No automated scraping, no attempts to bypass limits or security, no harmful files.
8. Brief Studio, free tools and AI
Brief Studio and the free tools are planning aids. Drafts written with AI can contain mistakes: you must check every claim, term and price before using it. Price ranges from the calculator are estimates, not offers. We may limit how often these features can be used.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep BriefTogether available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features; we will tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect you where we can.
10. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limit. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users or for content users publish, except where the law makes us responsible.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using BriefTogether at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@roasdigitall.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Agreements already made between a brand and a creator are not affected by this.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes in the workspace or by e-mail before they apply. If you keep using BriefTogether after that, the new terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay unaffected. Questions: hello@roasdigitall.com.
